About Me
My name is Sam Rigerman.
I am a 22-year-old baker from Batavia, NY. I have been baking cheesecakes for 7 years and I have found so much creativity, passion, and love through baking. I developed my cheesecake recipe 6 years ago and have worked endlessly since to perfect it. I have catered graduation parties, birthday parties, and numerous events. I always seek ways to expand and grow in life and business. I created my first line of cheesecake ice cream, dairy, non-dairy, and vegan, as well as a recipe for vegan cheesecakes and savory cheesecakes, and there's still more to come!
